Bypass Windows 11 Microsoft Account Requirement During Clean Installations

  1. When prompted to create a Microsoft ID/Account, press SHIFT F10 for Cmd prompt
  2. Type start ms-cxh:localonly ENTER
  3. Computer reboots to blue screen "Create a user for this PC"
    1. Enter desired [local account] username
    2. and password (also re-enter password. Blank passwords are OK.
    3. Press NEXT button.
  4. PC reboots and continues installation.
